Ms. Ingram has a Bachelor's Degree from Tulane University in Political Science and Sociology as well as a Master's Degree in Public Policy from Duquesne University. In 2009, Ms. Ingram graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. In 2021, Ms. Ingram graduated with honors from the University of Alabama with an LLM in Business Entities. This LLM degree provides advanced education and training in all areas of business and development. Ms. Ingram was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2010 and to the United States Supreme Court Bar in 2015.

Ms. Ingram worked as an intern for the Hon. Joy Flowers Conti, Federal District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania as well as a contracts intern for the Arena Football League prior to opening her own practice in the Hudson Valley in 2011. Ms. Ingram is a member of the Ulster County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and American Bar Association. Ms. Ingram has represented countless clients in local, state, and federal courts.
