Peter has completed his paralegal certificate at Marist College, adding to his bachelor's degree from Rasmussen College out of Naperville, Illinois. With almost 20 years of experience in customer service, Peter has worked with clients on multiple levels across various fields by identifying and addressing client issues or concerns in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Through previous training experiences and education, Peter makes sure that all Ingram Law clients receive the highest level of care and consideration throughout their legal journey by being considerate and understanding of their needs and expectations.
